Return Eligibility:

Our home appliance retail shop accepts returns within a specified time frame from the date of purchase. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, the customer may be offered store credit or the option to exchange the product for another item of equal value.

The time taken for a refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, products specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Additionally, items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
